• “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law
• MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION, the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt
• Select Voyages accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in USD and AED for its products and services
• OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES. COMPANY will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific
• Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, selectvoyages.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing a form, be it registration or for other related transaction process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by selectvoyages.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

selectvoyages.com may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to selectvoyages.com.

selectvoyages.com offers the following guarantee. If you purchase selectvoyages.com product/service and for some reason you decide that you would like a refund, you have 30 days to request a refund. If you request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, selectvoyages.com will give you a full refund of your purchase price for the course. If you do not request a refund within the 30 day refund period, you forfeit this option and will not be eligible for a refund.

All payments must be made in the currency in which the quotation was accepted and should be made by means of electronic or telegraphic bank transfer. The client at all times remain responsible for bank charges incurred. Credit Card payment will be accepted on condition that an administration fee of 3% is charged on the total amount processed.

Bookings cancelled or reduced – More than 120 days prior to arrival – 50% deposit is refunded, net of bank charges. Between 119 and 60 days prior to arrival – the 50% deposit is forfeited. Between 59 days and day of arrival – 90% of the full invoice value is charged as cancellation fee.

All cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective on receipt of written notification from Select Voyages.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Guests will receive an email about the payment confirmation of the online booking. Even if the payment status is failed/cancelled, guests will be notified. If at all, guests do not receive any email confirmation that may due to any technical problem, please inform Select Voyages immediately by sending an email to info@selectvoyages.com and or by calling our Customer Service number at +971 506674095 and +971 588100641

It is the guest’s responsibility to confirm the same from the booking history or with our Customer Service department, whether or not the booking has been placed. Select Voyages will not be responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise), if the guest assumes that an order was not placed because of failure to receive any payment confirmation/notification.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the law, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of selectvoyages.com products or services) shall be in the courts located in U.A.E. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of selectvoyages.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. selectvoyages.com’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. selectvoyages.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a selectvoyages.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
