(“Select Voyages,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office located at Cosmopolitan Hotel, Al Barsha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE’s courts.
Acknowledgement and Consent
By proceeding with a booking through Select Voyages, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all individuals included in your booking.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment, our travel consultants will issue a confirmation slip via email. This confirmation should be printed and presented as proof of payment when redeeming your tour package or services. Please ensure all travel and booking details submitted at the time of reservation are accurate and complete. Inaccurate information may result in booking discrepancies or service denials.
Cancellation & Refund
- Our suppliers’ policies govern all booking, payment, cancellation, and refund terms, and we adhere strictly to those terms.
- Each Tour Package, Flight, Hotel, Activity, Car Rental, or Transfer has its own cancellation policy. Clients must read and understand these policies before booking with Select Voyages.
- Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once the payment is completed through Select Voyages.
Cancellation Procedures
Before requesting a cancellation, please review the cancellation rules that apply to your specific booking.
To initiate a cancellation:
- Notify Select Voyages in writing or via email.
Once we receive your cancellation request:
- You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email, fax, or telephone, along with the applicable cancellation fees.
Please note that Select Voyages is not liable for cancellations that are not received or are unconfirmed by us.
